Free Revisions The number of free revisions allotted is based on the package you have selected. You are entitled to request revisions as per the details outlined in your package. Once the free revision quota has been utilized, any additional revisions will be subject to a fee, the cost of which will depend on the complexity of the requested changes.
Note: Our free unlimited revisions policy comes with a cap of 10 revision rounds. This ensures that we can consistently deliver high-quality work while maintaining a reasonable timeline for project completion.
Revision Turnaround Time All revisions, whether for logo designs, website designs, or web development, will be delivered within a specified timeframe:
- Logo design revisions: 24-48 hours
- Website design revisions: 24 hours
- Web development revisions: 24-48 hours (depending on the complexity)
Please note that free revisions will only be applicable for the first 3 business days after the initial concept delivery. Any revision requests made after this period may be subject to additional fees.
New Order Turnaround Time
New Order Turnaround Time The turnaround time for new orders is as follows:
- Logo design: 24-48 hours
- Website design (home/index page, including revamps): Minimum 48 hours
- Website development (static website with 5-7 pages): 5-7 business days
For orders placed on a Friday or Saturday, the delivery time will begin on the following Monday.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy Allusive Digital has a strict refund policy to ensure the integrity of our services and protect the interests of both our clients and our company. Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You have selected an All-in-One package, and the primary design concept has not been approved.
- The refund request is made within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, and no revisions have been requested.
- The refund request is due to a breach of contract on our part, and we are unable to remedy the issue to your satisfaction.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You have requested and received revisions.
- The refund request is made due to reasons unrelated to our service quality or delivery.
- You have been non-responsive for more than 2 weeks during the project timeline.
- You have violated our company policies.
- You have approached another designer or agency for the same project.
- The creative brief provided was lacking in required information.
- You have requested a complete design change after the initial concepts were approved.
- The refund request is made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The services you purchased include social media management, SEO, domain registration, or web hosting.
- The website design has been approved, and the project has moved to the development phase.
Please note that any refunds processed will be subject to applicable transaction fees. Additionally, upon receiving a refund, you will no longer have any rights to use the designs, as they will become the sole property of Allusive Digital.
Ownership Of Projects
Ownership of Projects at Allusive Digital, we believe in providing our clients with complete ownership of the work we deliver. Once a project is complete, all rights and ownership are transferred to you, the client.
However, if you request to stop an ongoing project and transfer the ownership rights, an ownership transfer fee may be applicable, depending on the project’s stage and complexity.
